The building, which has recently been fitted with a new facade, will be newly furnished for office spaces.
The building is four stories high with a large silo spanning three stories. The top floor of the silo will be outfitted as a lecture hall, and the lower floors will be arranged as dining areas.
The building will be heated with a sea heat pump system.
